Listen carefully
I *have* accepted the frozen kipper
I was just sold to me as 'a hammer' - i used it as 'a hammer' - it only
lasted 3 days 'hammering'
Just to get this clear - Are you 'suggesting' I am not entitled to a full
refund - just because i didn't recognise it was not the hammer described?
If so - not only do you not know the law - you are clearly insane
