And worse - more and more interviews require some kind of presentation on
something the interviewing company is keen to learn about - so it's almost
become "free consultancy"!
Many years ago, I recall that interviewees for teaching jobs received
expenses automatically - unless they were offered the job and declined it!!
So that was hardly a two-way process of matching employer and employee!
