Yes, they have clearly chosen to interview her because she has very good
teaching and presentational skills. So she should showcase those skills by
giving them as many STARs as possible (and at least 3), viz.

Tell them about -

S - Situations in which her skills have been needed
T - Tasks she has undertaken in which her skills have made the difference
A - Actions she took to achieve results or solve problems
R - Results of those actions

For example:

S - To reduce the turnover of new managers leaving inside the first 9
months of their employment ...
T - She was tasked to provide an induction programme for new managers, so ...
A - For a 3 month period, she interviewed all new managers to find out why
some were leaving prematurely, and as a result ...
R - She designed an induction programme for new managers that dealt with
the concerns highlighted by her interviews.

I hope you get the idea. And I'm sure she can quote at least 3 examples
of situations in her experience that will exemplify how she has dealt with
such issues in the past.

If she does this, she will give of her best at interview, and stand a very
good chance not just of getting the job, but also of making a success of
it.

I wish her good luck. Oh, and by the way, I am a retired Management
Trainer.
