Not as such. The reason is that the cost of a mortgage the lender is 
underwriting it and setting it up. These days most mortgagees prefer 
their mortgages to be introduced by brokers and often it is the brokers 
who input the details for the lender. The only ongoing cost to the 
lender are the annual statement and changing the payments when rates 
change etc., Therefore, there are very few savings to be obtained for a 
lender by offering 'on line' mortgages.
