So you have the police report?
I cam off a similar bend decades ago....dirt on the road that could
not be seen from the start of the bend. No doubt you feel I and
others should be prosecuted as you would have lacked the facts there
to.
This is why we have the CPS and courts, stops people trying people on
no evidence.
