He's right, I have the latest statement in front of me :-

"Changes to our terms and conditions

Please be advised that our terms and conditions are changing. As of 1st June 
2007, we will be introducing a £20 annual fee for your Morgan Stanley Card. 
There's nothing you need to do [ed. can do?], as this will be automatically 
debited from your account

Rest assured, this doesn't affect any of the great benefits you currently 
enjoy... blah blah"

It means they've as good as eliminated the cash back.

I presume they can count three less customers?
