Must be a great "businessman" if he can't even keep track of his 
finances. It will be interesting to see how the court case goes and 
whether the honest will end up being forced to subsidise the stupid and 
incompetent as they now have to with credit cards.

Basically he's been taking money that doesn't belong to him without even 
bothering to ask if he can do so. Symptomatic of Blair's brave new and 
totally dishonest world.
