Hello All,

I'm looking for a paid winter internship position in real estate
finance (although I will take a position in either real estate or
finance) within preferably NJ (NYC is a possibility).

Although not represented on my resume, I will be beginning, within the
next week, a part time internship with a developer in the Cherry Hill
area dealing with financial modeling of real estate transactions. This
internship will not prevent me from holding another position during
the same time period.

For recruiters, I would like to work for a Real Estate Investment
Trust or Private Real Estate Company in NYC, NJ or CA after the
completion of my internship. Please contact me only if this is your
area of expertise or you have a job that meets the aforementioned
criteria. I'm not interested in any position requiring engineering.

I have attached a copy of my resume below or, you can also view a copy
at the following address: http://cmbagwell.googlepages.com

Thank you,

COLIN M. BAGWELL
