The Walt Disney Company, through its Parks and Resorts Division, owns
outright both the American theme parks, in Anaheim and Orlando. Overseas
resorts' ownership is varied, such as 50:50 with HK government, none at all
in Tokyo (owned by Oriental Land Company, a Japanese corporation that pays
licensing fees to Disney) and partially in Paris through Euro Disney SCA,
40% owned by Disney.
