I think thats the other peak time. Apparently everyone wants to get moved in
by Xmas, or move in the spring. Not interested in Jan-Mar and July-Sep
apparently.

I realise that, it was "biggirlsblouse" who equated his failure to sell into
a general market crash being imminent or indeed happening IIRC. Hence me
saying I'd report back when we tried to sell this house. Of course, it aint
over yet, the fat lady is just clearing her throat at the moment.
