All

I've just used the Experian trial to look at my credit report and on the
report I see everything, apart from one, is green with no late payments. The
credit amount was £150 dating back to 1998 to company called DSG. I have no
idea what this is for but it looks bad to have taken 6 years to clear a debt
of £150 and to me it looks odd for everything else to be totally free from
late payments. :-(.

On this bad one there are two '2,s' and one '3' and it was settled in 2004
but how do I go about finding what the reasons for the bad marks are? And if
I think they are wrong can I ask this DSG companny to explain the 2's and 3
to see if they can be removed? I did try looking around the FAQ on
Experian's site but couldn't see a link to answer this so any hints would be
appreciated

thanks
