WTF are you talking about - a debit card is *NOT* a prepaid credit card. It
gives you non of the protection or safeguards that a credit card has and
once the money has gone it is very very difficult to get your money back if
something goes wrong as banks just don't want to know.
And VISA Electron must be most crap card payment system there is - a great
many number of shops still don't accept it for payment in the UK and I
suspect is very difficult to use overseas.
