- Has your real estate market slowed down to a low point
that you haven't seen in 10-12 years?

- Are you interested in building a career and a nest egg
that you can pass down to your family?

- Would you like to be able to earn a substantial walk away
income in 12 - 24 months working from home?

My name is Chris DeVincentis and like you, I also sell real
estate. In fact, I've been a broker owner of a successful
company for 16 years in the Lake Geneva, Wisconsin area.
I think any of us that have been in the market for any length
of time can only be thrilled with what the last 10 years or
so have brought to the marketplace in terms of buyers,
sellers and commission. It's been a great run!

Lately, in fact for the last year in my market, it's been the slowest

I've seen it in the last 10-12 years. Of course, all we have for
comparison are record years. That doesn't change the fact that
the market still has to adjust. Sellers have to come down in price,
buyers will set the tone on price and the huge influx in agent
population will have to be reduced to get in line to the new
conditions in the market. That's only part of the problem!
