this is a package of 10 properties, but you could just buy 1,2,3 or all
if you like. i will post more details as i get the data from my
contact. but here is what i do have on them.

10 houses in Waco TX.
$740,000 for all 10
present rent is $3260.
market rent is 6750.
taxes are $10583.68

after some managment fees it looks like about $1400. a month net after
10% down and 3% closing cost estimate= $96,200

all of these properties are a little below market.

i also have 4 properties that are option too's, below market value. in
or around Austin TX.
