Fair enoug, I got the impression from reading on here that the Banks are
reluctant to give them out.
I prefer PINs as it is much quicker - I think the major safety failing is
that someone may mug you and beat you til you give up the PIN - then they
can just goto a cashmachine - rather than the hassle of having to sign for
soemthing in a shop (though i realise the same could have happened before -
it might become more common as the old stealing the card and faking a sig
may not be as common now)
