I'm looking for experienced direct buyers for off market commercial
wholesale properties. That is looking to purchase any specific
properties right now at this time. I'm not dealing with broker chains
of any sort. We are direct to the principles on the sellers side and
are only dealing with the direct buyers or direct buyers rep. Buyers
have to have their proof of funds sent in before getting the full
information and in contact with the sellers for these deals. I have a
great inventory for new off market high end wholesale deals.

Investors I'm not looking to just close just 1 deal with you. I'm
looking for serious buyers so I can build relationships with in this
business because trust goes along way, and that is what longevity in
this business is all about. Egos and liars don't close any deals, and
it only causes confusion and miscommunication every time. My time is
very well valuable so I deal with direct sources. Buyers if you're
