Subject: How do you tell Royal Mail about recurring missing post / credit cards?

We have had a number of replacement credit and debit cards go missing in
the post recently. At first we thought it was just a coincidence, or
maybe errors by the bank, but even not so important cards (like Nectar
cards) have stopped arriving.
This is strange because for years they have arrived without incident, but
this year, all the members of the family have had cards go "lost in the
post" at different times. In these days of identity theft, we are starting
to get paranoid that we might be being targetted.
Does anyonme know how to tell the Royal Mail about a suspected local
problem? Their website is full of customer care guff, but there doesn't
seem to be a route to report this sort of thing.
