Howdy,

You should probably ask eBay to investigate this.  There's a potential here
to get money from multiple buyers.

In the meantime, DO NOT send any money until you have talked to the title
company and have certification of a clear title.  You will probably find the
title is held by a mortgage company or bank.  They will want their money
first.
