And I've found something else wrong (and I've made the same mistake on
this years tax return) :-(

Q. What happens if I realise I've made a mistake after I've sent the
return in?
A. You have one year from the annual filing date (31 January) to make
any changes. You can always contact us if you need further help.
So it looks like I'm still in time :-)
