Howdy,

I'm not a real estate investor but I know the formulas that work for a web
site presenting property. I've looked at hundreds of them and only a few
were worth visiting. The vast majority never get a single lead.

Good pictures are nice but creative and well written descriptions are
mandatory. Most real estate agents cannot write well and have very poor
computer skills.

The site must stay current and have new offerings weekly. You can't just
throw it up and then forget it.

Getting good positioning on the search engines is a requirement. I know how
to do it but most claiming to be webmasters or SEO experts are shooting in
the dark.

Don't even think about starting a real estate portal without having at least
a dozen agencies that will contribute property worth getting on an airplane
to see.
