Many investors are waiting for real estate prices to go down in
Turkey.
Is it really going down?
Yes. The real estate prices are going down, but how far it will go
this way. It is like a stock market it goes down and up depending on
demand and supply. There are extra supplies in the market now. But it
started to melt down.
Seems like a good idea to come in to the market right now. There are
many investment opportunities. So if the investors are trying to catch
a good investment opportunity, they should act fast and be in the
market.
Surely the prices will not stay in this situation long. According to
new regulations on Title deed registry law for foreigners will help
the market grow again very soon. ( new regulation is about the
military permissions for European property buyers in Turkey, They can
get their military permissions in local title deed registry offices,
that means they can get their military permissions in a week or so. )
