I'm an owner occupant thinking of selling my home on a lease option.

No money up front - just purchase credit wrapped in the lease payments
with an option for the leasee/buyer to use that credit toward purchase
at the end of the 2 year term.

>From what I read SB629 prohibits me from doing this unless I own the
home outright (I don't) and has significant tax implications.

Help?
