I've only had problems with Epson heads clogging while using 3rd party 
inks - which I now avoid like the plague. Unfortunately, bulk ink 
conversions for the 2400 are not available for Epson inks, so I'm stuck 
with their own tiny cartridges. But the print quality is better than 
anything else I've seen, so it's worth it.
