House prices seem to be going bonkers around here again (SW London).
Reasons? Since the turn of the millenium Greater London prices are up
73% as against 104% in the UK as a whole:

That imbalance may be partly to redress a previous counter-imbalance,
but the enormous land grab and population influx surrounding the
Olympics is (keeping my fingers very firmly crossed) going to send
prices up a long way yet.
