B&Q and Waitrose don't have C&P machines yet in my area.

I have asked a few assitants in stores with the machines about C&P.
All of them had been told that this will be the _only_ way to pay from
14th Feb (apart from cash).  They had never heard of chip and sig.  Do
these cards really exist?  I don't believe it.  My credit card company
says they don't when I asked for one.
