Try uk.telecom.mobile - someone might have a contact number for high
up the chain of command who can resolve this for you. The usual call
centre muppets are probably not up to the task.

it seems as tho the debt has been passed on to another company - it also 
looks like they have added ore money on to it! (a few quid anyway)

Also there are 3 companies involved now - CPW - NATWEST CCMEDIA!
