Hi,

It seems like finally I am being forced to have a PIN number on my
credit card.  I would much prefer keeping the old signature system
as I do have trouble remembering the PIN number for my debit card.
However the real problem is that this PIN can be used for withdrawing
money from an ATM/cash machine.  Aparently this feature cannot be
disabled!  I have never withdrawn cash with my credit card and never
would do so I am not happy of even the small risk if a criminal steals
my card.

Does anyone know of a credit card company that will allow the cash
withdrawl feature to be disabled?

BTW: I have asked for a Chip and Signature card, but have been refused
(on two credit cards).  I will cancel one account, but I do need
a credit card.
