AXA's Exclusion wording is:

Pursuit of any trade, business or profession, or the ownership of any 
vehicles, aircraft or mechanically operated watercraft.

To that would read that windsurfing is covered, as it is not mechanically 
operated, but when I rang them they said it was excluded. Of course the 
person I spoke to may have been wrong, though he did check with someone 
else.
