Lowery Appraisals Inc. is a home appraisal business run by a Convicted 
Criminal who is arrogent and does not know the first thing about home 
appraisals.  It's either his way or the highway.  This guy has no idea 
how to give a market based appraisal since he cannot value common 
household systems or structures with accuracy.  He's probably drunk on 
the job since he has been CONVICTED twice for DWI.  It is also evident 
that his bad arrogent attitude spills over into his home life based on 
his two CONVICTIONS of Battery and even resisting arrest!  Thus, do you 
REALLY want this loose cannon into your house to do a home appraisal?  
Think about it!
