Has anyone had any experience refinancing through this company, Lenox
Financial Mortgage (http://www.lenoxhomeloans.com)?  Their line is
"...you walk in with a $200,000 loan, you are going to leave with a
$200,000 loan -- we pay for the appraisal, escrow, title,
eveything...".  I wanted to know if that's true.
