Depending on their requirements at any given time, Property Investors are
always facing decisions about where and what to invest in. The UK or
abroad, buy to let, or buy to flip etc..

a 30% deposit. (this secures full title deeds)

then able to buy 2 properties off-plan, for every 1 they bought originally.
On completed properties, there is currently a 2 year rental guarantee,
payable in advance, in a market which is still spiralling, so this is
arguably the mother of all buy to let deals as well.
