Subject: St. Louis home equity loan needed

I am looking for an Investor/lender to lend on seasoned rental SFR in 
St. Louis, MO.  Appraised at $125K, I need $75K to make another 
investment.  Property is held by my IRA Trust.  The Custodian (First 
Regional Bank) requires a non-recourse loan.  That is, the note is 
secured by the property but no recourse to my personal assets beyond the 
property.  The trust has cash reserves of $25K, so there is little 
chance of default.  Will pay 7% interest, use the title/escrow company 
of your choice, pay all fees(no broker fees, sorry), with balloon 
payment or terms to suit.
