I have legitimate buyers with verifiable proof of funds and letters of
intent looking for legitimate sellers of BULK portfolios of bank owned
properties and underperforming notes. Major interest in states of NY,
FL, SC, NC, TX, and CA. No MI or OH please. These buyers can complete
transactions in a matter of days with motivated sellers. I am NOT
interested in broker chains and if you are more than one step from the
actual seller please don't respond. If you truly represent sellers as
Asset Managers or Compilers then we DO want to talk to you right away!
