This buyer is plenty intelligent. He may or may not end up
getting a buyer's agent. Either way, from reading his
intelligent, patient comments here, I have every confidence
he will do fine.
A host of you are dragging out this thread just to try to
throw your weight around, saying nothing whatsoever of
import that hasn't already been said several times.
As for you "Dimitri," you need to disclose whether you're
simply someone who has bought and sold a lot of real estate,
or whether you're a real estate agent (albeit an
unprofessional one) yourself.
