Advertising is expensive, but it is a necessary evil.  How else will the 
motivated sellers find you?  A real estate investor that does this 
individually for their own county will find out just how truly expensive it 
is.  We advertise in all counties and offer the global visibility of the 
internet.  Our service allows our member investors to pool their resources 
naturally by using the membership fees of many to finance centralized 
advertising for our website.  When sellers across the nation want to sell 
their home, they come to our website, and the data is delivered exclusively 
to the appropriate member.  That is how we are able to run a national scale 
advertising campaign while offering exclusive seller information to each our 
of members at a low, flat monthly rate.
 
Growing Our Network:
We currently offer two rate plans.  The primary rate plan allows a real 
estate investor to receive all seller leads generated for a given county.  
Once a real estate investor controls a county account, seller leads for that 
county are not shared with anyone else.  This is why we expect this plan to 
be extremely popular.
 
During the growth phase of our network, we are also offering a secondary rate 
plan.  The secondary rate plan allows real estate investors to receive all 
non-exclusive seller leads generated for a given state. The seller leads 
generated for counties controlled by an investor member via the primary rate 
plan are presented only to that investor.  All the seller leads received in 
that state for the other counties are delivered to the investors 
participating in our secondary rate plan.  These leads are not exclusive and 
are delivered to all investors participating in the secondary rate plan.  
There are more of these leads since more counties are involved, but they are 
scattered across the state.
 
Having these two rate plans allows our network to evolve gracefully.  
Naturally, the hottest counties are snatched up by investors first (click 
here now to see if yours is still available).   In the early phase of our 
network, there are still lots of uncontrolled yet productive counties in each 
state for which seller information is being collected.  We want to deliver 
fast results to the sellers using our service so this information is made 
available to investors across the state on a non-exclusive basis.  This 
allows real estate investors to sample the incoming data for a reduced fee in 
order to determine which of the remaining counties are the most productive.  
As our network of investors grows, our advertising budget grows.  More 
advertising exposure increases the number of participating sellers so all 
counties get more seller leads.  This increases the investor demand for the 
remaining counties, which will eventually all generate enough leads to easily 
justify the membership fee for exclusive control, and the secondary rate plan 
will be discontinued at that time.  In fact, the accounts themselves could 
eventually become a commodity for controlling investors to sell.
