Well just so long as they ban companies from using age as a
criteria from selecting people for a downsizing exercise that'll be
all right then.
In many graduate jobs if you are still an 'operative' at 60 you
are pushed out as being too old for such a role, so if you want to
carry on working B&Q it is.
