I also have a policy with Standard Life, but my understanding is that
mis-selling complaints should be taken up with the IFA or other
salesperson who sold you the policy.  That may well be someone not
directly connected with Standard Life.   I presume Standard Life will
only be interested if you were sold the policy by one of their own
salesmen.
