He COULD attempt to just say "it isn't mine, I'm not having anything
to do with it", and let it be the City's problem to remove. But no,
he wants it to remain so that he can sell it with his house, in other
words, he claims it IS his (or else neighbor or ANYBODY could come
store stuff in it, with no more security than leaving it in the mddle
of the road, 'cuz that's where it ius.....).
If he didn't put it up, that actually would count AGAINST him saying
it was his and should stay. If he is standing on how it wasn't him in
the first place, actually how was it EVERY really "his", when it was
put on City land to begin with....
Anyway, notice how he hasn't been back.....
