It's too localized to make a generic statement.  My own opinion is that
certain markets are overpriced and bound to flatten if not decline.  For
example, where I live in North Carolina, housing prices seem unreasonably
high and a lot of people are mortgaged to the hilt.  Seems like that all has
to deflate sometime.  Jobs, interest rates, changing preferences for locales
and climates, etc. will all have different impacts on different parts of the
country.
