Many real estate offices have new buyer seminars. You may
want to attend one. Some community colleges have new home
buyer classes. That could also be a big help. In my experience,
most first time buyers get screwed pretty badly because they
don't know the process, the system, and what is normal.
Beyond that, check your bookstore or Amazon to see if there
are any good books out there.
