There are some bad realtors for sure, but I think that is the exception. I
just got my license and a guy walked in who had some questions about his
final walkthrough on the FSBO he just bought. I referred him to the agent
that has been training me. For about a half hour he helped the man with what
he needed to know for his walk-through, explained some of the contractual
issues and provided him with copies of our own contracts, offered to go with
him on the walk-through and referred him to a good RE lawyer if he needed
any help. Free help from an evil realtor.
