Have done so a few times but don't know what to look for. My own credit is 
fine, apparently it's the address causing problems according to the Halifax 
thier mortgage system refuses to offer me one just becuase of the address.

I've been told to contact Equifax and sort things out with my address. 
Cannot get through to a person on the phone with them.

What is this Disassociation from address thing about?
