It says on a P60 "a replacemnet P60 cannot be issued".
The chances of getting another one are close to nil.
But TBH I don't think that is is what is required.
The authority need to see evidence of the parents low income
and if the income is nil because they do not work then there
is no useful P60 to prove this.
If the requirement is for the OP to show that his parents are
unemployed then that is what he has to do. His dad probably has
to go down to the unemployment office and get the documentation from there.
