Subject: Property Management Software - Stemmons Multi Family

I'am looking for the software "Stemmons Multi Family" version 4.521.
The software is used by real estate agents and landlords.
This version is proberly working with Windows 2000 (and XP?). 
The software company (Stemmons Software in Dallas) doesn't exist any more.
I have the version 4.52 (Windows 95-98-ME) so I don't need a serial
number.
I have technical knowledge with the Stemmons database and reports (report
modifications etc), so if I can help some one.
Who is still working with this software?
