"Commercially available" does not describe anything.  Was it 1/2" wall? 1" 
wall?  2" wall.  Ever hear a complaint from the Omaha Steak customers?  They 
use some of the best designs.

There are dozens of companies that specialize in materials for shipping 
frozen or refrigerated products.  Maybe you do have a better idea
