        I currently own a lead generating business and I have a large list 
of people that are anxious to sell their vacant land in the state of 
Florida. Most parcels are priced at or below Assessed Value. What I am 
looking for are Hard Money Lenders interested in profitable land deals. All 
my properties are thoroughly investigated. All parcels are buildable and 
none are landlocked. None are in flood zones and 20-30 % can be split. I 
personally do my own Comparables to ensure profit is there. All the legwork
