take her to the vet really soon.  you don't want a bladder problem to
go to the kidneys.

does she look out of it/staring/frozen in any way when she's peeing in
front of you?   is she just sitting when she pees, as opposed to doing
the squat thing?   if so, could be petit mal seizures that's causing
it (they will fall over with a grand mal, but not necessarily with a
petite mal).    that could account for what appears to be sneaky
peeing.    one of our dogs peed in the house a few times and we found
she was having seizures while we were gone.    didn't know until she
grand malled right in front of us.
