I have Ashley furniture as well as my brother and his family -- none of us
have ever had a problem with the furniture. I actually purchased the stain
protection for the sofa and had someone cut their finger and get blood all
over the sofa -- called the 800 number and they told me step by step what to
do and told me if it didn't work that they would come out and clean or
replace the cushion (of course I think this is probably an outside service
and not Ashley's stain protection).

I'd definately purchase from them again with no second thoughts!

PS - it also really depends on what your goal in purchasing furniture and
your budget. If you think in 5 years you might want to re-do your living
room, etc and get new furniture you won't feel as bad getting rid of a sofa
that is 5 years old that cost you $500 as opposed to deciding to change a
$1000 or more sofa!
