Look, two houses near me have recently sold for 20 grand more than was
being achieved for identical houses 9 months ago, okay? And on the
basis of that, another house has just come on to the market. You
believe what you like. I'll believe the evidence of my own eyes. Oh,
and these houses sold within ten days.
