So just out of idle curiosity, just what IS your town?

Lindal does NOT build houses only sell the materials kits & plans (if
you're lucky) That doesn't include plumbing, electrical, foundation, or
State & local building codes and a host of other things. As I mentioned
before Arbitration will silence most folks with a complaint. The
courts, the BBB, your State AG office and a host of other agencies that
would normally help you have no jurisdiction over your situation!

Arbitration proceedings and records are private and not available for
public consumption. SO you cannot research previous cases or rulings.
Most folks just give up when they find arbitration costs far in excess
of court costs and you are strictly limited in your ability to present
your case. Often you have to travel out of state and you have no way of
verifying the integrity of your arbiter!  Lindal has the deck stacked
in their favor! So with a few small exceptions you won't hear the
complaints! (Unless you look for them!)  I have been successful in
finding others this way and I will no doubt find more!
